There are specific technologies you must get and fairly early. I have worked most of those out from reading here, google, and even that Wiki. Still many of the techs have descriptions and names that are as clear as mud.
What I am trying to find is a chart which lists each tech, its affect on FIDS/TABLETS,PCs,etc,
